About Us

Our organization found that training alone was not enough for people to transform. We started to question how we reconcile injustices as professionals in the field of DEIA. As we reflected on our journeys and experiences, we all gained understanding through immersive learning environments that inspired us to take action over performative allyship.

We were charged with bringing innovative ideas to apprenticeship programs on how to invest in disadvantaged communities.
