Faith is central to who we are at Shaya Collective. It shapes how we learn, how we serve, how we lead, and how we build relationships across cultures and communities.

We believe that following Jesus is a lifelong journey of spiritual growth, humble service, and faithful discipleship. Our faith calls us to love God, love our neighbors, pursue justice with compassion, and reflect Christ’s character in every aspect of life.

Through learning, travel, service, and authentic community, we seek to cultivate disciples who are equipped to live out their faith with wisdom, humility, and purpose.

Shaya Disciples

Shaya Disciples is the faith community of Shaya Collective.

We bring together individuals who desire to grow as followers of Jesus through biblical learning, prayer, service, meaningful relationships, and shared experiences. Whether at home or around the world, we believe discipleship is strengthened through intentional community and a commitment to learning from both Scripture and one another.

Together, we encourage one another to live faithfully, serve generously, and engage the world with compassion and hope.

Our desire is to cultivate disciples who demonstrate humility, integrity, compassion, and servant leadership while faithfully living out the teachings of Jesus in their families, workplaces, churches, and communities.
